“Joyous,
perfectly choreographed, fine-tuned talent!” Phava was founded by their love of praising the Lord in song.
Initially made up of five members of the hit Gospel play “Grassroots to
Glory” which chronicled the roots of gospel music from slavery to today.
After experiencing a performance by these gifted and anointed vocalists, its
easy to see that they are truly “Blessed and Highly Favored”. Phava digs deep into the roots of traditional gospel hymns and
spirituals and respectfully acknowledges legends like the Canton Spirituals,
The Five Blind Boys Of Alabama, The Fairfield Four, and Sam Cooke & The
